There’s this guy at work that I really think he’s hot. He’s REALLY quiet. It’s hard for anyone to get him to talk. When I finally get him to talk, he’s actually pretty funny. I’m really sweet on him, but it’s so much work to get him to talk to me. How do I get him to open up? Everyone tells me he’s an arrogant jerk. I don’t believe that. I think he’s been picked on alot, so he keeps to himself.

hey I you can try to find some excuse to talk to him first and later on you can slownly improve your contact by smiling at him and occassionally talking to him with a good attractive smile and make him feel by your actions that you are interetsed in him. If he likes you he will respond or else you have to beleive what other people say about him.

You are saying at work. This means that both are adults. I propose that you be straight with him if he’s not engaged. Just tell him that you like him and would like to explore a relationship. why hinting and wasting time.

If you guys keep talking, and it seems like there’s a connection, you can casually ask him out for something casual, like coffee/drinks after work. Maybe he’ll relax a little more when he’s out of the work setting.
