is this normal? when did you begin to “notice”?
Question by x: is this normal? when did you begin to “notice”?
i am a male and one of my earliest memories was from when i was 4 or 5 at most. a family friend, an attractive girl who was older than me, was visiting and i was playing with her. i kept attempting to kiss her/make out with her because i was very sexually attracted to her. she pushed me off and was laughing but i still keep attemping lol. i had no clue what sex was at this point (i found out what actually happens at around 9 years old) but i definitely knew she was hot and wanted to kiss her.
basically literally as far as i can remember i’ve always felt that way towards girls i found attractive, like i’ve always “noticed” them. i ask because it seems like some people don’t “notice” the opposite sex (or same sex for gays) until later in their adolescence

LikeDislikeit is quite norml for children to from romantic attachment s to other children. I had my firtst boyfriend when I was 4yrs, he was a year older and we used to kiss passionately. I had other boy frineds but there was no romance or attraction to these. My daughter also had a boyfriend at 2 years, her boyfriend again a year older. Sex was not an issue – we were all too young to know about such things and had not been abused or sexualised as children.
