i have a belkin wireless g router. i do have a password factor already (like it asks you for a password when you try to connect to it). i noticed that “security” is not lit. what do i do about that?…….and is there any other protection or security (like software) that i need to have for my router?

When you connect to the wireless router click on it really is icon and go to settings, there you could change it’s image, settings and password.

You do not need any special software for the router but you do need to make sure that you have a strong key and password set for the router. I highly recommend using a firewall and antivirus program to protect you while surfing the net from intruders and such.:)
